For Participants – Make a Complaint | NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission (ndiscommission.gov.au) – if you think a provider is not doing what they are supposed to do, you can lodge a complaint through the commission.
How to access this service?
If your NDIS funds are plan managed, then you can nominate Rainbow Care Home Services as your Plan Manager of choice. If you’re unsure, give us a call and we will talk you through it. To access plan management, talk to the NDIS, your Support Co-ordinator or your Local Area Coordinator (LAC) about nominating to have your NDIS Plan budget plan managed.
