Established in 2020, Rainbow Care embraces inclusive practice through collaborative,
genuine and meaningful communication between staff and clients to feedback into the
continuous improvement of the business. Rainbow Care’s human-rights based approach and
core values underpin all service areas, embedding an inclusive and collaborative practice in
everything that we do. We respect individual rights in freedom of expression, selfdetermination and decision-making. We prioritise working with our clients on their own terms
to navigate through the world of supports and overcome barriers to achieve their goals and
access supports needed. We achieve this through customising our approach,
communication, and service style for every client.
